Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Lead Frontend Developer in Brentwood, TN to lead the development of scalable, customer-facing e-commerce experiences across web and mobile. You will guide design, MFEs, and reusable components while partnering with Product, UX, QA, and backend teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

You will mentor engineers, drive performance improvements, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals, and own CI/CD and testing practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of frontend development experience.
• Expert-level React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong experience implementing Micro Frontends (Module Federation preferred).
• Experience with Redux Toolkit, React Query, Context API, or similar.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of Next.js and server-side rendering is a plus.
• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Experience with Azure DevOps/GitHub, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop reusable UI components using a shared design system.
• Collaborate with merchandising, digital product, marketing, and backend teams.
