Responsibilities

  • As a Technology Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement.
  • This includes defining solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs.
  • You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
  • You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Expert proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design is required.
  • Expert proficiency in React.js is recommended.
  • Additionally, advanced proficiency in Technology Architecture, Angular, Angular UI, and Operational Architecture is suggested.
  • Lead the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions that enhance user experience.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align team objectives.
  • Mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can improve system performance and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that architectural decisions align with business goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of User Experience (UX) Design experience
  • High School Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
