Two Six Technologies is seeking a Front End Developer to work on multi-domain platforms serving critical national security functions using cutting‑edge modern frameworks. Join our team to solve hard problems in large‑scale data investigation and analysis, real‑time collaboration, task and resource planning and coordination, and high‑dimensional data summarization and visualization, allowing laypersons to easily answer complex questions.

The work will be onsite in one of our three offices: Arlington, VA, Herndon, VA, Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Develop frontend features in a modern web component‑based framework such as Ember, Vue, or React.
• Work across multi‑discipline teams to implement responsive, modular, and event‑driven designs.
• Follow provided UI/UX designs/mockups and be comfortable suggesting improvements, designing, and implementing while handling edge cases and error states.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years practical experience in software. In lieu of a degree, comparable experience will be considered.
• 3+ years of experience with component‑based frameworks, e.g., Ember, Vue, React, and/or Angular.
• Experience working with or developing APIs.
• Experience with software development using agentic AI tools.
• Experience using Git and Jira in an agile development workflow.
• Experience with WebGL and web visualization frameworks such as D3 or CesiumJS.
• Experience creating features allowing for simultaneous editing of content.
• Experience creating large‑scale, real‑time data visualizations.
• Familiarity with SQL and query optimization.

Clearance Qualifications

• Eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a government security clearance up to TS/SCI.
