Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Self Checkout Attendant to support the front end of the store in Lynnwood, WA. You will answer questions, handle transactions, and assist customers quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities include stocking, processing returns, communicating promotions, and maintaining a safe, clean shopping environment while upholding Kroger’s Customer 1st standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about products and help customers feel welcome and valued.
• Process transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Handle returns and exchanges per policy and assist with promotions.
• Stock and label merchandise and report discrepancies to the manager.
