Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking an on-site team member in Harleysville to support front-end operations, bag items at checkout, restock, and maintain clean store areas. You will help retrieve and organize carts and ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and colleagues.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and adherence to safety rules within a community-focused retail setting. Training and adherence to store policies are provided to ensure consistent performance.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for shift.
• Willing to complete the 30- or 60-day introductory period.

Responsibilities

• Review schedule and prep equipment at shift start.
• Collect trash and operate the compactor.
• Keep floors and work areas clean; perform hourly clean sweep.
• Collect and push carts to the front-end.
• Demonstrate good customer service skills.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
