You will rotate between transactions, cart retrieval, stocking, and maintaining the checkout area in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and adaptability to changing tasks and priorities.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (or 18+, per local/state rules).
• Completion of cashier/front-end training upon hire.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout and complete purchases accurately.
• Scan items, bag groceries, and respond to customer questions.
• Keep front end organized, clean, and running smoothly throughout the shift.
• Handle transactions with cash, card, and digital payment methods.
• Restock aisles, collect carts, and maintain checkout area.
• Follow company policies, register procedures, and checkout processes.
