Job summary

You will rotate through tasks such as transactions, bagging, cart retrieval, and stocking, while maintaining a clean and efficient front-end area. The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, accurate transaction handling, and adherence to store procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (or 18+ depending on location)
• Completion of cashier/front-end training upon hire
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to work flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Operate checkout area and assist customers throughout the purchase
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized front-end and restock as needed
• Assist with bagging, cart retrieval, stocking, and front-end upkeep
• Follow store procedures and policies during shifts
• Adapt to changing tasks and customer flow throughout the day
