Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Walks the store prior to each shift to review promotions and sale items.
• Calculates bill, itemized lists, and tickets; records price and tax.
• Receives payments by cash, check, credit cards, or gift cards.
• Issues receipts, refunds, credits, rain checks or change to customers.
• Operates cash register and scans items to record price and total.
• Greets customers and assists with needs.
• Maintains clean, orderly checkout areas and adheres to guidelines.
• Issues coupons and rain checks.
