Qualifications

• Basic mathematical ability (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Ability to read and write English and read labels and forms.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to handle checks, WIC vouchers, credit/debit, and EBT transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by smiling, greeting and thanking all guests.
• Process guest purchases quickly and accurately.
• Weigh and scan merchandise.
• Explain store policies in a courteous manner.
• Maintain safety and proper operation of registers, scales and intercom.
• Perform additional tasks to support guests during peak periods.
