Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Front-End Team Member to create a smooth checkout experience for customers. You will scan items, bag groceries, and help complete purchases while maintaining a friendly and efficient environment.

You will rotate between tasks like handling transactions, restocking, and keeping the checkout area organized in a fast-paced setting. Prior customer service experience is welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• > Must be 16 years of age or older (or 18 depending on local/state requirements)
• > Completion of company cashier or front-end training upon hire
• > Basic math and communication skills required
• > Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• > Prior customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Process purchases accurately at checkout (cash, card, digital payments)
• Assist with bagging, cart retrieval, stocking, and general front-end upkeep
• Keep front-end clean, organized, and running smoothly
