Job summary

Pick 'n Save in Wisconsin is seeking a Customer Service Desk associate to assist customers, process sales, and maintain register accuracy while upholding the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

You will handle refunds, exchanges, money orders, and various desk duties in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should be at least 18, with cashier experience preferred and the ability to pass a background/drug screen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Six months cashier experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old (age varies by location).
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work weekends, various shifts, and overtime as needed.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Accurate and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and process sales at the register.
• Perform cashier duties: open/close register, ring sales, complete tender transactions, bag merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness of checkstand area and adhere to housekeeping standards.
• Answer telephones and provide courteous service.
• Comply with corporate policies and promote company initiatives.
• Verify EAS tags are deactivated or removed at sale and respond to pedestal activations.
• Handle store accounting tasks and bank deposits as directed.
