Whole Foods Market is seeking a Customer Service & E-Commerce Team Member to assist customers at checkout, bag groceries, and support the customer service desk. The role emphasizes courteous, friendly, and efficient service while maintaining store standards and health regulations.

The position requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and teamwork to support Whole Foods Market’s mission and customer experience goals.

Responsabilidades

• Checks out customer groceries efficiently and accurately.
• Upholds regulations concerning sale of alcoholic beverages and taxation.
• Follows proper check, ATM, and credit procedures.
• Cleans and stocks Front End areas and registers.
• Maintains cash handling procedures and reduces variances.
• Assists with training new Cashier and Cashier Assistant Team Members.
• Controls customer flow and helps reduce waiting time.
• Participates in company programs as directed by leadership.
• Arrives on time, well-groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, and merchandising of products.
• Follows safety, health, and sanitation procedures.
