Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a Front End Associate to deliver fast, friendly service at our Camden, SC location. You will greet customers, scan purchases, handle payments, bag items, and maintain neat front-end presentation, while following store standards and policies.

You will assist in cashier duties, answer questions, help stockers, and ensure accuracy with transactions and refunds. The role requires good communication, reliability, willingness to learn, and ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Greet each customer and use his or her name whenever possible.
• Scan customers' order and handle the payment transaction, per standard practice.
• Follow procedures for refunds and error correction and maintain accurate cash control.
• Identify customers needing assistance and offer to take the customer's order to their car.
