Responsibilities

• Assist customers and process sales at the Customer Service Desk.

• Open/close desk, process refunds and exchanges, and handle various payment methods.
• Maintain checkstand area cleanliness and accuracy in transactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow company policies.
