Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position
• Ability to use or learn to use required equipment and tools
• Complete the company introductory period (probationary) of 30 or 60 days
• Ability to perform all job functions safely
• Meet company performance standards, including regular attendance
• Wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes for the job
• Has technical training (job-specific requirement)

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and required equipment at shift start
• Set up checkout areas and displays; assist customers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Handle cash, tally items, and make change
• Bag items and move bags to carts as needed
