Job summary

Cosentino's Food Stores in Belton, MO is seeking an Utility Clerk or Sacker for our Front-End Team. The role emphasizes customer service, accurate bagging, and assisting customers with locating items or returning items to their proper location.

You will help customers to their vehicles, retrieve carts, and keep the shopping environment clean and safe. This non-exempt position reports to the Front-End Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bagging groceries efficiently and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service: greet customers, assist with preferences for bagging, and help to their vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment including the sales floor, breakroom, check stands, and restrooms.
• Retrieve carts from the parking lot and ensure they are clean and operable for customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Follow Cosentino's rules regarding alcohol and tobacco sales and handling.
