Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Front-End Team Member to provide a smooth checkout experience for customers. You will be the final touchpoint, handling transactions, bagging groceries, and offering friendly help to ensure each visit ends on a positive note.

You will also rotate through tasks like restocking, cart collection, and keeping the front end organized throughout busy shifts. A good fit is someone who enjoys variety and staying engaged in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (or 18+ depending on local/state rules).
• Complete cashier/front-end training upon hire.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions accurately and assist customers at checkout.
• Bag groceries, answer questions, and help complete purchases.
• Keep front-end area clean, organized, and stocked.
• Assist with cart retrieval, stocking, and general upkeep.
• Follow store procedures and adapt to changing tasks during shifts.
