Albertsons Companies is hiring a Front-End Team Member to provide a smooth checkout experience and friendly service. You’ll handle transactions, assist customers, and maintain an organized front-end area across a fast-paced shift.

This role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, associate discounts, and benefits after eligibility, with training provided on hire to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction in a retail grocery environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old (18+ where required by local/state)
• Completion of cashier/front-end training on hire
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly checkout assistance and ensure accurate purchases
• Operate cash register, process payments, and balance tills
• Keep front-end area clean, organized and running smoothly
• Assist with bagging, cart retrieval, stocking, and general front-end upkeep
• Respond to pricing or service questions and adapt to customer flow
