Blo Naples seeks a Front Desk/Salon Assistant to be the welcoming face of a high-end beauty business in Naples. You will greet guests, handle appointments, and manage payments while keeping the space spotless and supporting our stylists and makeup artists.

This role is ideal for someone starting in the beauty industry or moving into stylist/MUA work, with pathways for merchandising and marketing involvement and a strong emphasis on internal promotion.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage front desk operations, and process payments.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with stylists and makeup artists.
• Keep the salon space clean and presentable.
• Assist with washing/prepping clients and timing to support staff.

Front Desk/Salon Assistant Blo Naples

In this role, you will get to be the face of a high-end beauty business where our mission is to make all of our guests shine and our employees feel valued and motivated.

You will run all aspects of the front desk of the business - greeting guests, serving champagne, scheduling appointments, and managing the payment process. You'll also be responsible for keeping our beautiful space spotless and helping our stylists and makeup artists stay on track with timing with washing/prepping clients when necessary. You can also expand the role to include merchandising, social media, and marketing projects. This role is PERFECT for anyone looking to get started in the beauty business or moving into a stylist or MUA role. We love to promote from within!

Compensation:

• $13 per hour plus commissions, tips & bonuses Hourly at goal should be $20+
