Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Team Member to deliver an exceptional studio experience and administrative support for our students. You will check in classes, process retail sales, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient environment in the studio.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills are essential for high-level customer service.
• A passion for the yoga lifestyle is strongly preferred but not required.
• Must be able to perform manual cleaning and engage in physical activity for 1.5–3 hours, lifting up to 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY

A CorePower Yoga (CPY) Front Desk Team Member works with the Studio Manager and Studio Assistant to create an extraordinary customer experience. The Front Desk Team Member conveys a welcoming presence while in the studio and performs administrative tasks that result in a premium customer service for our students. Front Desk Team members have the opportunity to deepen their connection with CPY through yoga practice, by taking advantage of a deeply discounted yoga membership.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

• Provide superior customer service via admin support.
• Effectively use Zenoti for class check-in, retail purchases, and student account support.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to student needs and concerns, and connecting students with the appropriate studio staff who can resolve their issue.
• Comply with expectations for substitution, no-show policy and other guidelines as outlined by the Employee Handbook, and outlined by studio management.
• Maintain and support a positive working relationship with peers, instructors and managers by offering and accepting feedback.
• Must be respectful of, and at all times compliant with, CPY rules, policies and procedures and management direction as stated in the Employee Handbook.
• Follow cleaning guidelines to create a positive working environment.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for maintaining the high level of customer service required for the position.
• A passion for the yoga lifestyle is strongly preferred but not required.
• The Front Desk Team Member may be required to perform manual cleaning work and must be able to engage in physical activity for 1.5 to 3 hours at a time, lift 15 lbs and reach overhead.

COMPENSATION

$16.90 per hour
