Job summary

YWCA Seattle King Snohomish is seeking a Front Desk Admin/Van Driver to join our dedicated team. This part‑time role (16 hours per week, weekends) provides safe transportation for residents, answers calls, and supports program operations and guest services.

Candidates must have a WA driver’s license, a clean driving record, and comfort working with diverse communities. Responsibilities include coordinating transportation, assisting residents, and performing general office tasks.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Washington State Driver License and driving record.
• Experience in front desk or transportation coordination is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely transportation for residents.
• Answer phones and provide guest services.
• Assist residents with needs during transportation and at destinations.
• Maintain office tasks and records as directed.
• Support program staff with hiring processes and application organization.
