The Disability Services Center strives to create a culture of inclusion and access to all UCI programs, services, activities, events, and facilities for students with disabilities by forming partnerships with the university community. DSC also provides reasonable accommodations, and related disability services to UCI students, Continuing Education, Summer Session students, and other program participants. This highly detailed individual is assigned to oversee key components of the Disability Services Center (DSC) including front office support and supervision of student staff. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing a wide variety of administrative activities including: office reception activities, directing calls from students, faculty, staff, parents, and the general public. This individual will focus on evening exam proctoring including coordination of student exams, exam acquisition and return, managing exam room logistics, and supervising evening student staff. The legally required accommodations provided by this position are complex, highly time sensitive, and must be effectively provided with the utmost security. The individual must be able to answer general questions and give a broad overview of disability services, ensure confidentiality of records and information, manage staff appointments, and provide support in the provision of various student accommodations.

The expected pay for this recruitment is $29.47 hourly.
