Vacatia, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Team Leader for our Weston resort to lead a guest-focused front desk and ensure smooth operations.

You will train staff, greet guests, handle service requests, and monitor online reviews while collaborating with other departments to maintain high standards of hospitality.

This role offers a dynamic, customer-centric environment with growth opportunities and a schedule that includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospitality experience (timeshare or resort management experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the front desk team in check-ins, check-outs, and guest service requests.
• Provide training for new hires and reinforce resort policies and procedures.
• Greet and direct guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Resolve and follow up on guest complaints or issues promptly.
• Track and respond to online reviews on platforms like Google, TripAdvisor, Expedia, and RCI.
• Assist other departments as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate logs, courtesy calls, and follow-ups for maintenance requests.
• Uphold quality standards, company policies, and a safe, welcoming environment.
