Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to members
- Assist with class scheduling and billing
- Promote memberships through sales efforts
- Make cold and warm calls to potential customers
- Follow up with inquiries, website sign-ups, and past customers
- Handle objections professionally and explain program benefits
Job Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to work well with children
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High energy and a sales-driven mindset
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude towards rejection
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required
Summary: The role involves promoting quality customer service, processing sales and registrations, and acting as the first point of contact for customers, representing the company positively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality service and exceed guest expectations
- Conduct cold calling to potential customers
- Follow up with warm leads via phone, text, and email
- Explain membership options, schedules, and promotions
- Track interactions and follow-ups in the system
- Respond to inquiries professionally via phone and email
- Process registrations using effective sales techniques
- Manage birthday and pool parties
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Assist with merchandise and vending sales
- Greet parents and students at the front desk
- Check in students and maintain cleanliness of the facility
- Monitor snack shack and guide staff
- Respond to voicemail and email promptly
- Update promotional displays
- Make collection calls for account issues
- Prepare student lesson schedules
- Enforce safety rules and administer first aid when needed
- Work at least one swim instructor/lifeguard shift per week
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred. Two years of customer service or administrative experience preferred. Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel, and other systems required.
Certificates and Licenses:
CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are preferred.
