You'll get a glimpse of the business side of the front office: staffing, scheduling, and expense management are all vital for your development and growth as a leader.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Communicating clearly in a fast-paced environment with professionalism
  • Training and guiding front desk staff on hotel SOPs and departmental standards
  • Completing daily front desk tasks as needed
  • Assisting Guest Services Manager with monitoring performance and attendance
  • Balancing paperwork: cash drawer, deposits, credit card reconciliation, submitting batches

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. 1-3 years of related experience. Must contribute to a collaborative, diverse team, assess situations quickly, and resolve problems effectively. A passion for customer service is essential.

Physical Requirements & Schedule:
