As an NFC Amenity Site Supervisor, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses, being the first point of contact for residents and guests. You will support operations and work with the area leadership team to manage on-site staff, creating a welcoming environment through genuine sincerity and teamwork.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring smooth operations and service by communicating effectively with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
  • Overseeing employee schedules.
  • Reporting staffing needs to the Area Director.
  • Monitoring and reviewing employee performance, providing support or training as needed.
  • Managing deliveries according to property systems.
  • Facilitating contractor and visitor access.
  • Reminding residents and guests of property rules and regulations.
  • Handling resident requests and inquiries promptly.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance in your uniform.
  • Engaging positively with residents.

Ideal candidates work well independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Hospitality industry supervisory experience is a plus. A welcoming demeanor and good eye contact are essential.

The annual salary is $40,500, with shifts potentially in the afternoon or evening. Location and shift details are flexible and can be discussed during the interview, as multiple locations are available.
