Front Desk Supervisor - Luxury Residential Building

WE ARE NFC Amenity Management, the nation's largest luxury amenity service provider for residential and commercial properties, with a growing portfolio of 350+ top brands in luxury residential and hotels across 30 markets in the U.S.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring smooth operation and service experience through effective communication with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
  • Overseeing employee schedules and informing the Area Director of staffing needs.
  • Monitoring and reviewing employee performance, providing support or training as needed.
  • Following property-specific systems for deliveries, contractor arrivals/departures, and visitor access.
  • Promptly responding to resident requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Representing the company professionally in uniform and engaging positively with residents.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in supervising others is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including making eye contact and being welcoming.

Details:

  • Full-time position (minimum 40 hours/week), primarily weekday evenings with some flexibility.
  • Salary: $39,500 per year.
  • Previous hotel or concierge experience preferred.
