Job Summary

The Guest Services Supervisor assists in supervising guest services operations and team members. They are responsible for establishing a positive work environment, delivering exceptional guest service, and administering policies and procedures established by the company and the hotel brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Perform all duties of a Guest Services Representative, including registering and processing guests upon arrival and departure.
  2. Demonstrate and provide exceptional guest service to all hotel guests.
  3. Demonstrate telephone courtesy and professionalism.
  4. Maintain personal connections with guests and clients to encourage guest loyalty.
  5. Assist in supervising the guest services department, including recruitment, orientation, training, and scheduling.
  6. Use appropriate selling techniques to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  7. Demonstrate a working knowledge of all hotel services and facilities and local area.
  8. Assist in reviewing and approving billing accounts and department reporting.
  9. Assist in maintaining product and service quality standards by investigating complaints and initiating corrective actions.
  10. Maintain a clean and professional appearance of public areas and hotel office.
  11. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
  12. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
