Job Description

- Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Assist staff with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas.
- Present guest folios and process payments. Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Responsible for supervising all aspects of the Front Desk functions, in accordance with hotel standards. Direct, implement and maintain a strong service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in a similar position. Prior supervisory experience a plus.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train front desk staff
- Ensure excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly
- Manage daily front desk operations and shift schedules
- Handle guest check-in/check-out and reservation procedures
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs
Qualifications
- Previous hotel Front Desk experience and customer service experience required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PEP, OnQ, FOSSE) a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM, weekends and holidays
