Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking a healthcare administrator to lead on-site operations across practice sites. You will liaise with patients, government agencies, and third-party payors to ensure smooth interactions and outcomes.

The role includes evaluating staff performance, coordinating with administration and physicians, and guiding staff development while upholding compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Field of study: Business, Finance, or Supply Chain.
• 2+ years of related work experience; healthcare leadership preferred.

• Serves as a liaison for patients, government agencies, and third-party payers for the purpose of providing an on-site contact for individual practice sites.

• Counsels employees, develops staff, and utilizes the disciplinary process as appropriate.

• 2+ years of related work experience [Required]
• Experience coding ICD-10 and CPT billing [Preferred]
• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting [Preferred]
• Patient care experience as CMA, LPN, EMT, etc. [Preferred]
• Staff experience in a health care setting [Preferred]
