Your responsibilities will include greeting members, handling inquiries, managing memberships, and maintaining a clean and organized facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet members and guests with a positive, friendly attitude.
  • Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Provide information on gym services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process for members.
  • Handle payments, including processing credit/debit card transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Address member concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Keep up-to-date with gym policies, memberships, and promotions.
  • Daily gym maintenance, cleaning, and restocking.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
