As the first point of contact for our members and guests, they set the tone for the entire climbing experience. From greeting climbers with a smile to providing essential information and ensuring smooth operations, our front desk crew plays a pivotal role in fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where climbers of all levels can thrive.

Starting Pay is $20.00/hour. This is a part-time position, working no more than 30 hours per week. Front Desk Staff individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to; facility location and type, membership volume, experience, and job/position tenure.
