In this part-time role you’ll greet members, assist with daily operations, check-in, and help maintain a welcoming environment while providing program information and membership services to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire.

About the role

HealthFitness is hiring a Front Desk Attendant to support our corporate fitness center in Alexandria, Virginia .

In this role, you’ll greet members, assist with daily operations, and help maintain a positive, welcoming environment.

Schedule:

• Thursdays: 3:00 PM - 8:30 PM

• Fridays: 1:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Previous customer service experience a plus.

• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

The compensation range for this role is $14/hr - $16/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
