HealthFitness is seeking an energetic Front Desk Attendant for its premier corporate fitness center in Washington, DC. You will warmly greet members, check them in, and share information about programs and memberships while delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic wellness environment.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and paid holidays. CPR/AED and First Aid certifications are required within 30 days of hire, and benefits include comprehensive medical plans

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from recognized bodies required within 30 days of hire.

Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

The compensation range for this role is $17.00 - $19.00/hour. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. We understand that compensation is an important factor when considering a new opportunity, and we strive to provide a competitive wage within the market.
