Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Specialist Sales Front Desk- Childcare in Escondido, CA. You will greet guests, assist with sales presentations, and deliver exceptional service in a childcare setting to create memorable experiences for families.

This role requires enthusiasm for guest interaction, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and adherence to safety procedures while supporting brand standards across the team.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Ability to interact with guests in person or by phone.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Observe activity in the childcare facility and respond to emergencies per local procedures.
• Meet and greet guests arriving for sales presentations or visiting the sales gallery.
• Ensure guests are comfortable and offer refreshments while they wait for presentations.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed sales goals.
• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Create, log, and expedited premiums for site marketing programs.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals and follow company policies and safety procedures.

As a Specialist Sales Front Desk- Childcare, a typical day will include:

Observes activity in the child-care facility and responds appropriately in accordance with local operating procedures in the event of an emergency.

Meet and greet guests as they arrive for scheduled sales presentations or stop by the sales gallery for general information.

Ensures that all guests are comfortable and offers refreshments to guests as they wait for sales presentations.

Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.

Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally.

Creates, logs, and expedites premiums (gifts) for site marketing programs.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.

Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

Contribute to team goals.

Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Specialist Sales Front Desk- Childcare:

Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.

Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.

Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
