Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal, state, and local laws.

• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a front desk by following security-related procedures and site policies.
• Welcome visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor records.
• Monitor entry activity, access control systems, alarms, and communications equipment; report concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and using site protocols; contact emergency services when directed.
• Answer phones, give directions, assist, receive deliveries, and relay information to site contacts and leadership.
