Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following site-specific procedures and security policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, manage visitor access procedures, and maintain a professional, welcoming presence.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity or policy concerns to site contacts or leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner following procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and incident documentation with discretion.
