Job summary

Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Visitor Management in Madison, AL. You will be the welcoming front-line contact, manage visitor credentials, and support access control at an automotive manufacturing site.

The role is full-time with a pay rate of $17.25 per hour. At least 1 year of security experience and strong customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Age requirement: 18+ for unarmed roles, 21+ for armed roles.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by following site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Serve as the primary front-desk contact, greet and direct visitors, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials, and maintain logs.
• Monitor facility access, screen calls and deliveries, and report access concerns to site contacts or leadership.
