Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Security Officer in Cincinnati, OH. You will greet visitors, manage access, monitor lobby activity, and deliver courteous customer service at a telecommunications and media location.

The role offers flexible daytime shifts on weekends and weekdays, requires a clean background check, and may include CPR certification.

Qualifications

• A state/city-issued security license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk customer service by greeting visitors, employees, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Monitor facility access by verifying visitor credentials, issuing passes, and directing guests.
• Answer calls, manage inquiries, and convey routine information to site contacts.
• Observe lobby activity and report unusual or unauthorized activity per site policies.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly following emergency procedures.
