Qualifications

• Minimum: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and employees at the front desk.
• Welcome and direct visitors, sign-in and issue credentials as authorized.
• Monitor lobby activity and access points, report unusual activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per procedures.
• Maintain a professional front-desk environment and convey site procedures.
