Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk of a financial institution.
• Monitor entry activity, greet and screen visitors, and verify identification.
• Maintain visitor logs and issue credentials, report access concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms per emergency procedures.
• Support front-desk operations by answering phones and completing security reports.
