Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Security Officer in Ravenna, OH. This part-time position requires weekend availability and the ability to perform foot patrols to ensure client site safety.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid OH driver's license and demonstrate strong customer service skills, with basic technology proficiency for phones and computers. Drug screen and background check may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior security/customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, ensuring security of property and personnel.
• Patrols a variety of locations, including walking and standing for extended periods.
• Adheres to client site regulations and safety procedures.

Security Officer/Guard:

• Security Positions are Full and Part Time
• Must have excellent Customer Service skills
• Security positions require you pass our drug screen and background check
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard

Job Requirements of the Security Officer/Security Guard include but are not limited to:

• Security Officers/Security Guards observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Additional physical requirements of the security officer/guard may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
