Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Front Desk Visitor Relations in Atlanta, GA. You will greet tenants and visitors, verify IDs, and manage access while upholding site procedures and delivering professional customer service.

This full-time role offers a 3:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule, $17 per hour, and access to smart tools and growth opportunities within a supportive, equal-opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Welcome visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials as applicable, and maintain accurate visitor and vendor records.
• Answer phones, direct inquiries, provide building information, and coordinate with property management and authorized personnel as needed.
• Monitor front desk activity, access control systems, and security-related communications, reporting unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and support emergency response activities as directed.
