Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency actions.
Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify access authorization, and maintain sign-in records.
Monitor entry activity, answer calls, provide information and directions to site contacts.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly following location protocols.
Deter unauthorized access by maintaining a professional front desk presence.
