Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Driver Reception Services in Memphis, TN to welcome visitors, manage access, and maintain a secure, professional environment at a healthcare location. A valid driver’s license is required and a background check will be conducted.

The role offers flexible shifts and opportunities to learn our claim a shift platform. Responsibilities include front desk operations, visitor verification, and coordination with emergency responders when needed.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk in a professional, welcoming manner; verify visitor authorization and issue access credentials.
• Monitor entry activity and access points; report unusual conditions and deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, communicating with site contacts and responders as needed.
• Answer calls, provide directions and information, and support visitor flow while maintaining confidentiality.
