Beacon of Hope, a division of Catholic Charities Community Services, seeks a Front Desk Security Counselor for the 12 AM – 8 AM shift in a 24-hour congregate housing setting in the Bronx. Responsibilities include reception, security, crisis intervention and documenting events in line with OMH regulations and CCCS/BOH policies.

Beacon of Hope (BOH), a Division of Catholic Charities Community Services (CCCS), is seeking a Front Desk Security Counselor on 12 AM - 8 AM shift to work in a 24-hour congregate permanent housing setting in the Bronx.

Salary: $23.47 - $25.11 hourly

Location: 3069 Villa Avenue, Bronx, NY 10468

Front Desk Security Counselors provide support services to clients living with Serious Mental Illness and in various stages of recovery. Front Desk Security Counselor's duties include reception, security, crisis intervention and documenting events occurring in the building. Performs work in accordance with Office of Mental Health regulations for Licensed Housing as well as CCCS and BOH Policies and Procedures.
