The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive to the site. You will contribute to a team that prioritizes integrity, teamwork, and exceptional service to clients and visitors.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and employees while following site procedures.
• Greet and direct visitors, verify identification, and issue visitor credentials.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity or policy violations.
• Respond calmly to incidents and communicate with supervisors and responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor, delivery, and incident logs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, employees, and vendors at a logistics and distribution location per site policies.
• Operate the front desk, greet visitors, verify IDs, issue credentials, and maintain records.
• Monitor access points and deliveries, report concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents following site procedures and coordinate with responders as needed.
• Keep logs and reports up to date for visitors, deliveries, and incidents.
