Allied Universal, a leader in security and facility services, is seeking a Front Desk Security Officer (Full Time) in Lake Mary, FL. You will welcome visitors, manage access control, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security experience or related field.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors at front desk and assist with access procedures.
• Monitor visitor activity and maintain visitor records; issue temporary credentials.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and security concerns; notify appropriate personnel.
