Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
• 1+ year handling incoming calls from clients regarding services.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients and offering solutions.
• Open schedule availability: days, evenings, weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
