The Joint Chiropractic in Austell, GA is seeking Wellness Coordinators to join a growing team. You will welcome patients, sell memberships and wellness packages, and support daily clinic operations.

No chiropractic experience is required as training is provided. This role emphasizes sales, customer service, and team collaboration within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
• Weekend availability required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be willing to travel within a 15-mile radius if needed.

Responsabilités

• Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience
• Presenting and selling memberships and wellness packages
• Managing patient check-in/check-out processes
• Answering phones and assisting patients with questions
• Maintaining accurate patient accounts using point-of-sale software
• Re-engaging inactive members
• Supporting clinic sales and monthly goals
• Assisting with marketing and community outreach efforts
• Maintaining clinic cleanliness and organization
• Working collaboratively with doctors and team members

Schedule Requirements

Full-shift availability required.

• Monday - Friday: 9:45 AM - 7:00 PM
  
• Saturday: 9:45 AM - 4:00 PM
  
• Sunday: 11:45 AM - 5:00 PM
